Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a travel assignment in a Long Term Care setting. Location: Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Start date: 08/17/2026. Travel - temporary assignment lasting several weeks. Weekly pay: $2,001-$2,085 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Evenings, 15:00–23:00. Setting: LTC — Nursing Home. Responsibilities
- Provide routine and complex nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and document administration accurately and on time
- Monitor residents’ health status, assess for changes, and report to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and support restorative therapies to promote independence
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning and resident well-being

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work evenings (15:00–23:00) in a long-term care setting
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric patient care preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
