About Us:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within property. Have the ability to unite both FOH and BOH towards a common goal of continually raising the bar.
• Staff Training: Train and mentor staff on table manner, service techniques, and customer engagement to enhance their skills and performance.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and engage customers.
• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized wine recommendations and exceptional service to guests, creating memorable experiences and fostering guest loyalty.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and control. Ensure proper handling and rotation to maintain quality and minimize waste.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant, including tracking expenses, managing costs, and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a general manager or similar role, with a strong focus on wine. Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to train and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
