Overview Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers in a Behavioral Health setting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all occupants and visitors. This is a Mental Health Facility. Must be comfortable in this kind of environment! Wage: $19/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment Shift: Friday-Sunday Part-Time hours: 9:00AM-5:30PM (24hrs/wk) or 12:00PM-5:00PM (20hrs/wk) Responsibilities Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all areas of the hospital, including public spaces, offices, and patient rooms Handle biohazard materials and bodily fluid Isolation precautions for various infections Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas Respond to cleaning requests via handheld radios and pagers Perform other janitorial duties as required Physical and Other Requirements Must get TB skin test and take drug screen Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift Bend/kneel/crouch/climb Professional and well-groomed appearance Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Benefits Competitive salary Complete benefits package for full time employees including health insurance and 401K Opportunities for growth Job stability Diverse workplace Job Details Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Weekends Experience: Hospital Housekeeping: 1 year (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Modern Maintenance Inc.
