Phlebotomist

Role Overview Provides patient-centered care as a phlebotomist, performing venipuncture and specimen collection to support clinical laboratory operations. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages Collect and prepare non-blood specimens Ensure accurate specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering Maintain safety, compliance, and quality control standards Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Previous phlebotomy training or experience, with 2+ years preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians is a bonus Key Attributes Personable, professional, confident in venipuncture, committed to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
