What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver hands-on technical training for manufacturing operators and technicians
• Build onboarding programs and structured certification pathways for new and existing employees
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and training materials
• Train employees on equipment operation, safety standards, production processes, and quality expectations
• Coordinate training schedules aligned with production needs
• Evaluate employee progress and provide coaching to reinforce technical skills
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure training reflects current processes
• Track certifications, training completion, and compliance records
• Identify and implement improvements to training effectiveness using performance data
• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in manufacturing, technical training, or production environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and workflows
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, or structured training programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Quality
• Microsoft Office proficiency (LMS experience is a plus)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience creating digital training content or video materials is a plus
