Supervisor, Environmental Services | Nights - Sign on Bonus $2500

Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff to join our night shift Environmental Services Leadership Team. Responsibilities Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists. Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department. Perform daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services. Manage shift scheduling and operations. Foster healthy relationships with other leaders and promote team members within the department. Schedule & Compensation Full time, 1.0 FTE – 40 hours/week. Shift: 10:00 pm–6:30 am (third shift) with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting salary: $46,500 and up, based on experience. Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 for qualified candidates, paid after six months of employment. Training lasts a few weeks during daytime hours before moving to third shift. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field, OR 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
