How you'll make an impact in this role

• Join an established, stable and well-respected Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APP's in a medical group practice setting

• Call structure: office call, rotated equally with the team

• Practice setting: Outpatient

• See 18yrs old - Geriatrics

• High quality service in one convenient location

• Excellent office support staff

• MA support

• Board Certified Internal Medicine

• Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

• 387 bed hospital

• Level II trauma

• Brand new and dedicated Neurosurgery floor

• Major Stroke Center

• Excellent and well-respected Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery programs

• 24/7 Intensivist service

• 36 bed ICU

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
