Overview Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. Key Responsibilities Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Interacting with customers and educating them on products while building rapport and lasting relationships. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, front and back displays, managing deliveries, ensuring stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures. Managing cash responsibly and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and gathering customer data. Qualifications Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Eagerness to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
