The Opportunity
Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn, support, and execute manufacturing processes: cell culture, filtration, centrifugation, chromatography, protein purification, and formulation
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.)
• Assist in process optimization projects and implementation of new technology/practices
• Provide input and assist in updating technical documentation and operational procedures
• Maintain and review process documents for accuracy and compliance
• Adhere to and support quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, Action/Alert Reports, etc.)
• Support trending and tracking of departmental metrics
• Participate in shift work, including strenuous and repetitive physical tasks, and work with personal protective equipment

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or engineering OR associate’s degree/biotech certificate with at least 2 years’ related experience in a regulated/biotech environment
• Good understanding of basic scientific processes and equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with good collaboration and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to independently lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to wear protective equipment and work in a clean room environment
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift (days/nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed)
