On-Call Drain Technician

About This Role Drain Technicians are the heroes to our customers! They go in, diagnose the customer’s issue, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s drain cleaning or preventative maintenance. This position requires handling calls between 4-11pm on weeknights and weekends as needed. Compensation Base Pay of $25-$28 per hour Opportunity to make $100k+ per year in 6-12 months with the Zoom Drain Bonus Program Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve customer issues, including drain cleaning and preventative maintenance. Use electric snakes/rooter and/or high‑velocity water jets to unclog drains. Operate a sewer camera to inspect drain lines. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working on drains. Experience with electric snakes/rooter, high‑velocity water jets, and sewer cameras. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working 4-11pm weeknights and weekends as needed. Reliable transportation to and from the shop in Carmel each day. Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Willingness to participate in pre‑employment and periodic drug testing.
