Alpha Caller - Web3 Trading Community [Remote]

Stratosphere is a strategy-first growth partner for leading digital asset and technology companies. We operate as a fractional CMO and execution arm - analytics-driven, systems-oriented, and embedded with founders and leadership teams. Clients include Story Protocol, Jupiter, Telegram, Polymarket, Avalanche, OpenSea, UFC, Disney, Lamborghini, and more.

Potion (recently acquired by Stratosphere) aims to give people an edge in trading by providing tools and knowledge. We're expanding our core team and looking for highly skilled traders in specific niches (like memecoins, prediction markets, perpetual futures, stocks, etc.). You don't need to know everything, just be outstanding in your area.

The Role

You'll share clear, actionable calls with the community in your area of expertise. That means entries, targets, sizing, and transparent updates when things move or when you're wrong. No vague "this looks interesting" - real positions, real conviction.

What we're looking for

Strength in at least one of these areas is enough. The more you cover, the better, but we'd rather you be great at one thing than average at five.

• Share trades and theses in one or more of these categories: spot, perps, prediction markets, meme, stocks, commodities.
• Spotting early opportunities - low caps, new launches, narrative shifts, yield plays
• Calling narratives before they run - AI, L2s, memecoin cycles, RWA, whatever's next
• Active community presence - you're already in the chat, not watching from the outside
• Transparent call management - you update, you close, you own your track record

What stands out

• A verifiable history of good calls or trading performance (screenshots, public posts, leaderboards - show us something)
• Existing credibility in crypto communities, Discord servers, or on X
• Familiarity with smart contracts, token launches, or market microstructure
• Background in trading, research, market-making, or DeFi strategy
