What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling tailored to inmate needs
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate mental health care

What You Need

• Valid license and/or certification for mental health therapy
• US Citizenship (for ICE clearance)
• Ability to start with pending ICE clearance
• Experience in mental health assessments and counseling

• Prior experience working in correctional or forensic mental health settings
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
