Our colleagues bring their own unique personalities to work every day and use them to help shape our growing firm in ways that reach far beyond client projects.The Position:We are seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the Office of Government-wide Policy at the General Services Administration with policy and process support for their Identity and Access Management (IAM). Some examples of responsibilities include:Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues, needs, and context related to cybersecurity policy and implementation (Specifically in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM))Share insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with teams/clientsWork with client stakeholders and working groups to develop process maps, project plans, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvementCoordinate activities associated with technology sandbox environments used by federal agencies to evaluate and test emerging technologiesCoordinate with participating agencies, technology providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate demonstrations, presentations, testing activities, and other innovation initiativesConduct market research on emerging technologies, technology vendors, products, and industry trendsResearch and prepare written materials on emerging technologies and their potential applications within the federal governmentMonitor and track website performance metrics for to ensure alignment with applicable industry standards and performance expectationsCoordinate with technical and content stakeholders regarding website updates and related activitiesLead discrete deliverables and / or workstreamsSupport approving, initiating, planning, executing, and closing out projectsSupport the planning and management of meeting logistics, materials, and follow up actionsCoordinate and provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, working groups, integrated project teams, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operation activitiesDesign, issue, and analyze program surveys to identify opportunities for program improvementsDevelop correspondence for program leads to be sent to key stakeholdersDevelop program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google SheetsProactively identify program risks, and deploy mitigation strategiesThe Ideal Candidate :At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeo's client insights and workplace culture. We believe a successful Cybersecurity Policy Analyst will have:BA / BS Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar fieldExperience with and working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and / or Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM).Federal consulting experience supporting project management life cycle Junior Level: 0-3 yearsMid Level: 4-7 yearsSenior Level: 7-10 yearsExperience within the General Services Administration (GSA) highly valuedProgram management certification (ex. Scrum, Agile, PMP) highly valuedExperience conducting technology market research or vendor/product assessmentsFamiliarity with emerging technologies and technology innovation programsExperience coordinating technology demonstrations, pilots, proofs of concept, or sandbox environmentsFamiliarity with website performance monitoring, content management systems, and website deployment processesAbility to obtain a public trust security clearanceExcellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skillsExperience creating, analyzing, and presenting surveys and data analysisExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAbility to build a strong degree of trust with the clientExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline trackingExperience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverablesThe Location :Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C. and the role will be hybrid in the D.C.
