Inside Sales Representative

Seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative, the full-time remote position will focus on selling fleet compliance software solutions to small and mid-sized fleets through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management while managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing new business. Key responsibilities Prospect and engage SMB fleet customers through various channels, managing inbound leads and converting prospects into customers Build strong relationships with prospective customers, articulating the value of software solutions and guiding them through the decision-making process Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline and reporting on sales progress Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in transportation or fleet software solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
