What you'll do: Preparing all food items to specifications. Cook orders and maintain kitchen area cleanliness standards. Follow all menu and recipe specifications. Direct food service staff in the chef’s absence. Plan and execute special menus and/or special events. Complete all daily production schedule tasks as assigned. What you'll bring: Five years' kitchen related work experience. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Culinary Arts degree or vocational equivalent preferred.
