Job Title: Assembly Associate Location: Portland, MI Shift: 3rd (11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday) Pay: $21/hr Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Follow standardized processes to maintain consistency and efficiency Package finished goods for shipment Maintain accurate production records and documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Repetitive tasks requiring focus and precision Fast-paced production setting #TSTRATHP By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Talent Strategy regarding your job application, interviews, and employment updates.
