Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a structured yet accommodating schedule. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing established diagnostic tools and interviews. \n
- Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs, personal goals, and lifestyle preferences. \n
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to suit each client's situation. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies for managing symptoms. \n
- Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary based on their development and feedback. \n
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients, promoting optimal mental health outcomes. \n
- Stay informed about advancements in mood disorder research and treatment methodologies to enhance your clinical expertise and patient care. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to grow your skills and share knowledge within the team. \n
- Serve as an advocate for clients, addressing stigma around mental health while promoting their wellness and treatment journey. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Tri-Health, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse clientele encompasses a wide age range and socio-economic backgrounds, allowing you to engage with different perspectives and experiences. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of New York. \n
- Proficient in psychotherapeutic modalities specific to mood disorders, with demonstrated expertise in CBT and DBT. \n
- A sound understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare teams. \n
- A record of achieving successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n

- Experience working within an outpatient setting or community health clinic. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement practices. \n
