Community Impact & Operations Director

Greatfuturessd

Greatfuturessd is seeking a Unit Director in Yankton, SD, to oversee daily operations and ensure policy compliance and programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence and experience in youth development.

This role includes recruiting and training staff while representing the Club in the community. A competitive pay range of $70,000–$80,000 and bonuses are offered. The position requires excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree.
