Gameday Men’s Health Eau Claire is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as our Clinic Director .

This is not a traditional primary care role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about men’s health, comfortable performing procedures, enjoys building relationships with patients, and can confidently recommend appropriate treatment options.

What You’ll Do

As Clinic Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of the practice and play an important role in patient outcomes and clinic growth.

• Evaluate and treat men for low testosterone, hormone-related concerns, erectile dysfunction, sexual health, and weight management.
• Interpret lab results and develop individualized TRT and hormone optimization plans.
• Educate patients on treatment benefits, risks, expectations, and monitoring.
• Recommend and provide non-surgical ED treatments, including shockwave therapy, PRP, Trimix, and other appropriate options.
• Evaluate patients for medically supervised weight-loss programs.
• Educate patients on peptide therapies and their potential role in recovery, body composition, sexual health, sleep, performance, and overall health optimization.
• Perform blood draws, PRP preparation and injections, shockwave treatments, hormone pellet insertion, and IM/subcutaneous injections.
• Conduct new-patient consultations and clearly explain treatment options.
• Build trust, address questions and objections, and confidently recommend treatment when clinically appropriate.
• Help patients overcome concerns or objections and make informed decisions about moving forward with treatment. 
• Follow patients over time, adjust treatment plans, and maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with state, federal, professional, and clinic requirements. 
• Work closely with the Medical Director, General Manager, and clinic team.
• Support patient retention, treatment acceptance, clinic census goals, and staff training.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and training to members of the clinic team. 

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate believes strongly in proactive men’s health care and is enthusiastic about TRT, non-surgical ED treatments, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, PRP, hormone pellets, and health optimization treatments.

This role also requires a consultative sales mindset . You should be comfortable listening to patient goals, explaining treatment value, answering objections, and helping patients make confident decisions about moving forward with appropriate care.

This is a part-time position . Current clinic hours are Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin NP/APRN or PA license in good standing.
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement, urology, endocrinology, sexual medicine, weight management, functional medicine, or wellness preferred.
• Comfortable performing hands-on procedures.
• Experience with PRP, pellet insertion, phlebotomy, and injections preferred; training may be available.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Comfortable recommending treatment plans and discussing elective/cash-pay services.
• Consultative sales or treatment-conversion experience highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with compounded medications and appropriate off-label treatments.
• Personable, motivated, and comfortable working in a growing healthcare environment.
