Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Richmond, TX / Rosenberg, TX
Facility Setting: Outpatient ABA Clinic or Residential Behavioral Treatment Program
Salary: Based on experince + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Analyst Interns
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
• Monitor treatment progress and analyze behavioral data
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and treatment standards
• Provide direct ABA services as needed
• Train staff and support ongoing clinical development

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required
• Texas Licensure (or eligibility/apply upon hire)
• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred
• Experience managing challenging behaviors preferred

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No On-Call Requirements
• No Weekend Requirements
