Supervisor-Social Worker-Marshall, MN
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Schedule: Mon-Fri, on call on rotational basis
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Supervisor Social Worker to provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation support, and clinical leadership for adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
Coordinate admissions and treatment team meetings.
Provide clinical leadership and direction to staff.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide staff training on mental health treatment.
Coordinate care with treatment teams and external providers.
Ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
