Customer Experience Coordinator – Front Desk + BDC Opportunity
OpeningAt Melloy Automotive, the first impression matters—and so does every interaction that follows.
We’re looking for a high-level communicator who can manage our front desk while also supporting our Business Development efforts. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience to step into a role that blends customer service, inbound lead handling, and appointment coordination.
If you’ve worked in a dealership and know how important speed, tone, and follow-up are—you’ll understand exactly what this role can become.
What You’ll Do- Greet and direct showroom traffic with professionalism and energy
- Answer and manage incoming calls (sales & service)
- Respond to internet leads, texts, and chat inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments for sales and service
- Support sales team with customer follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Help create a consistent, positive customer experience across all touchpoints
- Previous dealership receptionist, BDC, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email… all of it)
- Ability to multitask without falling apart when it gets busy
- Positive attitude and professional presence
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-moving
This is not just a front desk position.
For the right person, this role can grow into a full BDC position, sales support role, or leadership opportunity within our stores. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just answering phones—we want someone who wants to be part of the operation.
Compensation- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
