Capital One is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to help build responsible and scalable AI systems. You will partner with engineers, researchers, PMs, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that transform how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One.
The role involves designing and optimizing AI software components, including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents and multi-agent workflows, and observability using a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI
