Your expertise will be captured in the documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, complying with all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you'll be involved in care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences, all aimed at ensuring seamless care for our patients. To be successful in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program, along with a state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is nice to have, with specialized certifications - perhaps in neurology or geriatrics - making you an even more attractive candidate, though they are not mandatory. Your previous experience will be invaluable as you treat patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges.
