This role involves designing, modifying, and repairing aircraft structures, mechanical systems, and mission equipment while supporting the transition from engineering design to manufacturing and installation. The engineer must apply structural analysis and repair design skills to solve problems of varying complexity, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and make decisive recommendations. The position requires collaboration with diverse organizations including aircraft mechanics, manufacturing, program management, customer representatives, and other engineering disciplines.
