Infrastructure Credit VP

Vice President, Infrastructure Debt – Global Infrastructure Manager Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global infrastructure investor to hire a Vice President into its US Infrastructure Debt team. The platform A top-tier global infrastructure manager with a well-established debt franchise. The US team is in a growth phase and building out its capability to support expanding deal flow and new strategies. The role The team invests across the infrastructure capital structure, with a focus on higher-yielding opportunities, across core infrastructure sectors including energy, digital and transport. You will: Lead transactions end-to-end, from screening and structuring through diligence, documentation and close Build and review financial models and credit analysis Prepare and present investment committee materials Manage and mentor junior team members Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management Build relationships with sponsors, advisors and lenders What they’re looking for Investment experience in infrastructure debt, infrastructure credit or adjacent private credit A track record of leading deals and driving workstreams Strong modelling and credit skills Experience managing junior team members An origination network is a plus but not essential
