Float Pool between Med/Onc, 2 surgical units, & 2 medical units
6:1 Ratio's
Total Care - No PCAs
No tele - only occasional strip reading
Transitioning to EPIC in 11/2026

Ratios 1:6
Required certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Surgical services - colorectal, hepatobiliary, bariatric, general, ortho; medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, kidney and GI conditions.
Experience or 'Must have' skills Basic medical/surgical relevant and current experience. Large hospital experience. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) We assign staff to need areas.
Weekend Requirement Yes, every other
