What You ll Need:

• Proven experience in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, with prior work in Level I trauma centers preferred
• Proficiency in Epic EMR systems, with strong documentation skills
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and Residents
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to respond promptly to hospital protocols and emergency codes

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in a high-volume pediatric ED
• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including radiology, cardiology, and critical care

Preferred Education & Experience:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine with pediatric focus
• Minimum of 2+ years of emergency medicine experience, particularly in pediatric settings

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA and state-specific certifications
• Ability to start as early as May 23, 2026, with ongoing coverage as needed
• Willingness to undergo credentialing procedures and provide necessary documentation promptly
• Licensed or ability to obtain credentials for EPIC EMR and hospital-specific protocols
