Our Moses Lake Office Needs Caregivers

Our Moses Lake office is looking for caregivers willing and able to work in Grand Coulee, Electric City, Ritzville, Moses Lake and surrounding areas.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Pay: Dependent on care level of client - $17.75 - $19.00

Current Needs

Caregivers with heavy care experience preferred - such personal care (showering and toileting), heavy lifting and cognitive disorders.

At this time we are looking for caregiver hour range Mon-Fri, Mon-Weds Mon-Sun, weekend only 8am - 12pm, 9 am - 4 pm, 10 am - 12 pm, 12pm - 4 pm.

• Weekday shifts (examples, not limited to): 8a-12p, 9a-2p, 8a-4p, 10a-3p, 3p- 7pm
• Weekend shifts (examples, not limited to): 10a-12p, 10a-3p, 9a-12p, 1p-3p, 3p -7pm
• High Needed Area: Coulee City area 12:00pm – 5:00 M- F pm z Coulee City area 10:00-4:00pm M-F Grand Coulee 10:00 – 12:30pm M,W,F Grand Coulee 12:30 – 3:30pm T&TH

Caregivers able to transport clients in their vehicle to appointments or grocery shopping + we reimburse mileage. Caregivers able to provide hands on personal care to clients - bathing, dressing, grooming.

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
• Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
