Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Projected Start: 07/27/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in a critical care setting
• Treat wounds, administer intravenous fluids and medications, and provide advanced life support
• Monitor and record patient vital signs; ensure proper function of ventilators, monitors, and other medical equipment, including ventilator and IABP adjustments
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform suctioning as needed
• Respond to life-saving situations using established nursing standards and protocols
• Provide education and support to patient families and serve as a patient advocate

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience caring for pre- and post-operative critical care patients
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care environments
