Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Passion for great food and working as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

A Day in the Life


Every shift is different, and that's what keeps it exciting.


As a Back of House Team Member, you'll become cross-trained across our kitchen, learning every station that keeps our restaurants running. From building fresh salads and prepping ingredients to working the ovens, cutting pizzas, expediting orders, and keeping the kitchen stocked and organized, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality our guests expect.


You'll work alongside a team that communicates, supports one another, and takes pride in every pizza that leaves the kitchen. We move fast, stay organized, and have fun doing it.

At Via 313, we cross-train our Back of House Team Members so you'll build skills across the entire kitchen-from prep and salads to ovens, pizza finishing, and expo. The more you learn, the more opportunities you'll have to grow with us

What You'll Do

• Learn and work multiple kitchen stations, including prep, salads, ovens, pizza finishing, and expo.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and menu items according to Via 313 recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout every shift.
• Work together with your teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist wherever needed to help the team succeed.
