Now Hiring: Assembly Workers – Food Production Facility (Chicago Heights, IL)

Are you looking for a steady, full-time opportunity with room for growth? Join our food production team in Chicago Heights! We’re seeking reliable Assembly Workers who are ready to make a difference by helping produce high-quality food products enjoyed across the nation.

Location: Chicago Heights, IL
Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM (Monday–Friday, mandatory overtime on Friday) – $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (Monday–Friday, mandatory overtime on Friday) – $16/hr
  Both shifts currently work 60 hours/week due to required overtime.

Key Details:

• Work in a cold environment (50–60&degree;F)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts
• Steel-toed shoes required

What You’ll Do:

• Perform assembly and production tasks according to company guidelines
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
