They’re growing their Grand Forks, Bismarck, and Minot, North Dakota, and looking for competitive, motivated salespeople who are ready to hunt, build their own book of business, and grow with an industry-leading platform!
HIGHLIGHTS:
Sell across radio, streaming, podcasts, digital, social, video, live events + full-service marketing solutions Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through meetings, presentations, close, and account growth Get out in the market! Approximately 2/3 face-to-face selling + 1/3 virtual Comprehensive 8-week training program Strong internal growth opportunities with leaders who have grown from sales into management Long-term opportunity to build a book of business + significant earning potential Full benefits Grand Forks office, Monday-FridayMUST HAVE:
Outbound sales experience with a true hunter mentality Experience cold calling + generating your own prospecting activity Comfortable getting in front of clients and building relationships face-to-face Competitive, self-motivated, curious + coachable Strong communication and presentation skills Media/advertising experience is a huge plus, but not required!
