We promote a culture that emphasizes community involvement and continuous learning, ensuring our staff stays updated with the latest industry practices.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.Implement diverse therapeutic interventions tailored to support recovery in orthopedic cases, walking patients through rehabilitation protocols involving strengthening exercises, mobility training, and pain management techniques.Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to enhance healing outcomes.Educate patients and their families about their conditions, therapy techniques, and preventive strategies to encourage active participation in their own recovery.Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes by sharing insights and strategies that enhance recovery efforts.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, catering to a wide range of therapeutic needs. Our approach focuses on fostering strong, trusting relationships with each patient, helping them set and achieve personalized functional goals.QualificationsA Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Current, valid State License to practice physical therapy.Demonstrated ability in providing patient-centered care through strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records for patient management.Willingness to build and maintain positive relationships within the community and professional networks.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.Certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities are a plus.Experience with developing and leading wellness programs is an advantage.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation package for this role is competitive, offering a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
