What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. This role leads and develops housekeeping staff, maintains brand standards, and collaborates closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

What are we looking for?

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet hospitality standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop housekeeping staff while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
• Monitor staffing, room status, and departmental performance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by addressing requests, resolving concerns, and supporting VIP arrivals and special events.
• Manage housekeeping inventories, supplies, linens, equipment, and budgets while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, OSHA standards, and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Conduct ongoing safety training and promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
