As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional I, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs. What you will do Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. What you will need to have 10+ years of experience in software development 10+ years of experience in C, or Pro*C programming languages 6+ years of experience in Oracle databases 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience What would be great to have Experience in the financial services industry 2+ years of experience in Azure, Cloud Foundry, or GCP services 4+ years of experience in Java programming language How you will work This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered. All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks. Salary Range USD $97,500.00 - $164,400.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
