Description Concept Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Director of Rehabilitation provides clinical leadership and oversight for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services while supporting quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall team performance.
