Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and ongoing support. Educate customers about insurance options using a personalized, needs-based review approach. Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market the right products and services to meet those needs. What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to actively listen and build rapport. A people-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems. Ability to quickly learn new computer functions and technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
