We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused  Fingerprinting Technician / Customer Service Representative to join our busy office. Our location processes a high volume of fingerprinting appointments each day, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Process fingerprinting customers efficiently and professionally.
• Verify customer identification and required appointment information.
• Capture high-quality electronic fingerprints according to required procedures.
• Follow all fingerprinting system procedures and security requirements.
• Assist customers with the check-in and fingerprinting process.
• Maintain accuracy when entering customer information.
• Handle a high volume of appointments throughout the day.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to general questions regarding appointments, identification requirements, and fingerprinting procedures.
• Keep the fingerprinting area clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Troubleshoot basic fingerprinting and computer-system issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers, including those who may be frustrated or unfamiliar with the process.
• Assist with general office and customer-service duties when needed.

Experience & Training

Previous fingerprinting experience is  not required .

Paid training will be provided to the selected candidate. We will train you on our fingerprinting equipment, procedures, customer processing, and required systems.

Previous customer service, office, data-entry, notary, auto-tag, security, administrative, or similar experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a  busy customer-facing position . Our office can process approximately 40 fingerprint customers in a single day , in addition to telephone inquiries and other customer-service responsibilities. Applicants should be comfortable staying organized and maintaining a professional attitude in a high-volume environment.

Position Summary

We are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of our team—not simply someone to operate the fingerprint machine. The right person will take responsibility for the fingerprinting area, provide customers with professional service, and help keep appointments running efficiently throughout the day.
