About the Role: As a Certified Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
