Customer Service & School Outreach Center Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and motivated communicator to join our growing school outreach team. In this role, you will connect with school staff, introduce our educational programs and parent workshops, respond to inquiries, and help schools identify services that meet the needs of their families. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, is confident making outbound calls, and follows through consistently to turn school interest into scheduled programs. Required availability: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities include:

• School Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls to introduce our programs and connect with school personnel responsible for scheduling parent workshops.
• Customer Service: Respond to calls and emails promptly, answer questions clearly, and provide friendly, professional support.
• Consultative Sales: Listen to each school's needs, recommend relevant programs, and help move inquiries toward confirmed orders.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with school contacts through consistent communication and reliable follow-up.
• Coordination: Assist with meeting requests, workshop quotes, and purchase order follow-up in collaboration with our internal team.
• Accurate Documentation: Record contact information, outreach activities, and next steps in our customer relationship management system.

What we're looking for:

• Call Center Experience: Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls in a professional setting.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or consultative sales is a plus.
• Strong Communication: Clear, confident phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and Follow-Through: Ability to manage multiple contacts, prioritize tasks, and complete follow-ups on time.
• Sound Judgment: Ability to ask thoughtful questions, address concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Teamwork and Reliability: A dependable, respectful professional who contributes to team goals and remains composed in a busy environment.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
