Forklift Operator - Multiple Shifts Available

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials
• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment
• Load trucks accurately and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain material flow throughout the facility
• Perform general warehouse and yard duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or outdoor yard environments preferred
• Ability to safely move large or heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
