Porter / Janitorial Associate

Location: Canyon Lake, TX

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with the possibility of occasional overtime.

Position Summary

Join a great team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility! We are looking for a dependable Porter / Janitorial Associate who takes pride in keeping workspaces spotless and organized. If you enjoy staying active, have an eye for detail, and work well in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility.

Deep clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize work areas.

Empty trash and recycling containers.

Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed.

Clean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.

Help maintain the exterior of the building, including entrances and walkways.

Perform minor maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility as needed.

Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown as needed.

Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, porter, or custodial experience required.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.

Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation with excellent attendance.

High school diploma or GED required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successfully pass a drug screen.

Successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check.
