Filler Operator

Filler OperatorWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Filler Operator for a client in Hudson. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be able to follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively as part of a team. Pay of $18hrEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, packaging, and production tasks according to established procedures.Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors.Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure production requirements are met.Accurately complete basic production documentation and data entry as required.Use basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and decimals, to complete job duties.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production process.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, and decimals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Ability to work in a warehouse or production floor environment.Company Overview Since 1992, Inova Staffing Services has helped businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs.
