Job Description

A highly reputable outpatient primary care/value-based care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its established team in Largo, Florida .

This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation in a well-supported outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

Location: Largo, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day
Patient Population: Primarily geriatric patients
Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
Support: Full clinical support staff and Advanced Practice Providers
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Start Date: Approximately 45–90 days

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $275,000–$290,000 annually

Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:

Preventive and wellness care
Chronic disease management
Routine examinations
Medication management
Care coordination
Management of common acute and chronic conditions

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
Comfortable treating an adult and geriatric patient population
Interest in outpatient and value-based care
