Fleet Administrator

SALARY: $30.00 per hour
LOCATION: Agoura Hills, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | On-site | Temp-to-Hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain accurate vehicle and driver records, including registrations, insurance documents, assignments, and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, pickups, returns, maintenance, and repairs.
- Track accidents, claims, traffic citations, toll violations, and missing documentation, following up until issues are resolved.
- Monitor fuel card records, review invoices for discrepancies, and track maintenance schedules, inspections, and registration renewals.
- Audit records for errors or missing information, update multiple systems, prepare reports, and maintain organized electronic files.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in administrative support, records management, fleet administration, transportation, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate information across multiple systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including updating spreadsheets and identifying discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate with employees and vendors, and follow through on outstanding items.
Preferred: Experience with fleet management systems, vehicle records, driver compliance, or supporting a large group of vehicles.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Primarily office-based work requiring extended periods of computer use, data entry, reviewing records, and handling routine office materials.
