divh2Job Summary/h2pUnder general supervision, break down, clean and sanitize bar outlets./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2p1. Clean various bars as assigned or according to rotating schedule./pp2. Clean service stations, including drains, counters, dispensing guns, ice bins, boots and speed racks./pp3. Replace and stock bag in the box (BIB) as required for beverage operations./pp4. Responsible for dispersing glassware to proper bars and outlets./pp5. Clean and maintain equipment, including soda nozzles, coffee machine, trash cans, coolers and cabinets./pp6. Maintain stockroom cleanliness, including cleaning all shelves./pp7. Maintain par levels by using par list and delivering to warehouse./pp8. Clean glass washer and drains./pp9. Assist in major breakdown and re-assembly of bars stock and setup./pp10. Assist beverage staff with various tasks as needed, and provide bartenders with needed items./pp11. Observes Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper temperature, and cleanliness of work environment./pp12. Uses and maintains all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner./pp13. Performs other duties as assigned by management./pp14.
