Regional CFO, North: Strategy & Portfolio Finance Leader (Chicago)

Trilon seeks a Regional Chief Financial Officer to act as a strategic financial partner to multiple regional firms, turning performance data into actionable insights to strengthen financial health across the portfolio.

You will lead financial planning, operational finance, cash management, and M&A integration to support portfolio goals, reporting to the Region CEO and collaborating with senior leaders. This executive role drives profitability through analytics and cross‑firm coordination.
