Fellowship Analyst (Finance) with Security Clearance

The Fellowship Analyst Program, administered by the CEO, offers a unique one‑year opportunity for a recent college graduate (Class of 2026) to learn multiple facets of how our company does business. Fellows will obtain a DoD SECRET clearance and may transition to a permanent role within Cydecor or to a DoD Program. Responsibilities Provide administrative and functional support to the Finance team. Initial tasking will be working in Project Controls, leveraging and improving Excel models to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance for multi‑million‑dollar government contracts. Learn forecasting and financial operations and be given exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to understand how potential acquisitions are evaluated and closed. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist with the development and management of opportunity artifacts, templates, and schedules. Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to develop potential solutions. Qualifications A recent college graduate from the Class of 2026 (Spring). A positive, high‑performance, problem‑solving, team‑centric attitude. Strong organizational and inter‑personal skills. A growth mindset and a desire to learn, improve, and excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to meet changing deadlines and priorities. Experience with MS Office Suite. Relevant internship experience in the Government or national security space. Published articles, reports, or studies authored or co‑authored by applicant. Ability to obtain a clearance. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Work Schedule Onsite, standard workday (40 hours per week) Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000–$60,000. Additional factors may impact the final salary, including relevant experience, skills and competencies, location, education and certifications, and contractual labor categories.
