Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse- Admission/Telehealth. This is a Full-Time opportunity in Augusta, GA (On-site) . Key Responsibilities Perform patient admissions and initial nursing assessments Review medical history and physician orders Coordinate care with clinical teams and case management Educate patients and families on care plans Key Requirements and Technology Experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice (or eNLC, if applicable). 1+ year Telehealth & Admission experience preferred; new grads considered based on facility needs. Current BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
